Panda AppStore Terms and Conditions

Overview
The Panda AppStore Premium Subscription ("Premium Plan") provides subscribers with access to advanced features and priority customer support, delivering an enhanced experience beyond the standard Panda AppStore service. These features include exclusive app access, ad-free browsing, and other premium functionalities, while priority support ensures expedited assistance for inquiries and technical issues.
Platform Compatibility
The Premium Plan is exclusively compatible with Apple iOS devices. Compatibility with other operating systems or platforms is not supported.
Subscription and Payment
The subscription fee for the Premium Plan is fixed in U.S. dollars (USD) and is charged as a one-time payment upon activation of the subscription.
By subscribing, you authorize Panda AppStore to charge your designated payment method for the full subscription amount in USD.
Subscription Term and Renewal
The Premium Plan grants access for a fixed term of one (1) year, commencing on the date of purchase.
The subscription does not automatically renew. To maintain access to Premium Plan features after the term expires, a new subscription must be purchased.
Device Binding
The Premium Plan is linked to the Unique Device Identifier (UDID) of a single iOS device and cannot be transferred to another device.
Revocation Policy
Subscribers may revoke their Premium Plan subscription within three (3) months of the purchase date and request re-activation of their subscription.
After this three-month period, Panda AppStore does not guarantee the ability to revoke or re-activate the subscription.
User Responsibilities
By subscribing to the Premium Plan, you agree to:
Use the Premium Plan features solely for lawful purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and the associated device UDID.
Updates and Support
Premium Plan subscribers receive priority access to software updates and customer support services.
While priority support ensures faster assistance, specific response time guarantees are not provided.
Data Privacy
All personal data collected in connection with the Premium Plan is processed in accordance with the Panda AppStore Privacy Policy, available at [link to privacy policy].
Termination
Panda AppStore reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Premium Plan if you breach these terms or engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities.
