Plus App Subscription Terms


  1. Scope of Application Plus
    Application Plus (“Plus”) is an upgraded subscription offering advanced features and premium support beyond the standard Panda AppStore plan.

  2. Platform Availability
    Plus subscriptions and services work only on Apple iOS devices. Use on other platforms is not supported.

  3. Subscription & Fees

    • Plus fees are fixed in USD and charged once at signup.

    • You authorize Panda AppStore to charge your payment method in USD.

  4. Term & Renewal

    • Plus access lasts for the purchased term only (e.g., 1 month, 1 year).

    • Plus does not auto-renew; you must purchase again to continue service.

  5. Device Binding

    • Plus is tied to a single device’s UDID and cannot be transferred.

  6. 3-Month Revoke Guarantee

    • You may revoke your Plus subscription and receive a re-activation within 3 months of the purchase date.

    • After the 3-month window, no guarantee is offered.

  7. User Obligations
    You agree to:

    • Use Plus features only for lawful purposes.

    • Keep your account credentials and device link (UDID) confidential.

    • Not share, resell, reverse-engineer or modify the Plus service or its content.

  8. Updates & Support

    • Plus subscribers receive priority updates and email support.

    • Response times are not guaranteed but are prioritized over standard users.

  9. Data Privacy
    All personal data collected under Plus is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy [insert link].

  10. Modifications to Plus
    We may add, change, or remove Plus features at any time. We’ll notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email at least 30 days in advance, when feasible.

  11. Termination

    • Panda AppStore may suspend or terminate your Plus access for breaches of these Terms.

    • You may stop using Plus at any time; no early-termination refunds apply beyond the 3-month guarantee.
