Policy of use and conditions

  1. Introduction
    Welcome to Panda AppStore. These Terms of Subscription and Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AppStore, subscription services, and any content therein. By registering or subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  2. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By subscribing, you warrant that you meet these requirements.

  3. Account & Subscription

    • To use paid features you must create an account and purchase a subscription plan.

    • Subscriptions commence on the date of purchase and grant access only for the duration paid.

  4. Platform Availability

    • Panda AppStore subscriptions and services work only on Apple iOS devices.

    • Use on other platforms is not supported.

  5. Fees & Payment

    • All subscription fees are fixed in USD and charged at the time of purchase.

    • You authorize Panda AppStore to charge your chosen payment method in USD.

  6. Subscription Term & Renewal

    • Each subscription grants access for the exact duration you purchased (e.g., 1 year).

    • Subscriptions do not auto-renew. To continue beyond your initial term you must manually purchase a new subscription.

  7. Device Binding & Transfer

    • Subscriptions are locked to a single device’s UDID.

    • You may not transfer your subscription to another device.

  8. 3-Month Revoke Guarantee

    • You may revoke your subscription and receive a re-activation within 3 months of the purchase date.

    • After the 3-month period, no guarantee is offered.

  9. User Conduct & Restrictions
    You agree not to:

    • Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the AppStore or its content.

    • Use the service for unlawful purposes or violate any rights of others.

    • Share your account credentials or UDID link.

  10. Intellectual Property
    All content, trademarks, logos and software on Panda AppStore are the property of Panda or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms.

  11. Modifications to Service
    We may update, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time. We’ll notify you of material changes via in-app notice.

  12. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panda AppStore and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
